Job Description: All Year Cooling is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, schedule service calls, and provide necessary information about our HVAC services. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other means of communication Assist customers in scheduling service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding HVAC services, pricing, and product information Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including contact information, service history, and notes on interactions Collaborate with technicians and dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and assignment of service calls Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and generating reports as needed Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered a significant asset for this position Join our dedicated team at All Year Cooling and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction to our valued customers across the South Florida region.
