The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, governance teams, and process owners to define KPIs, develop executive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that support operational excellence and decision‑making.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPower BI Reporting & Dashboard Development\n\nDesign and develop end-to-end Power BI solutions using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.\n\nBuild interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, and operational reports.\n\nCreate reusable datasets and semantic models.\n\nDevelop KPIs, trend analysis, SLA reporting, and performance metrics.\n\nIntegrate data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems.\n\nServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics\n\nDevelop ServiceNow reports and dashboards across ITSM modules.\n\nConfigure and maintain Performance Analytics indicators, scorecards, breakdowns, and widgets.\n\nCreate reporting solutions for Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, and Work Orders.\n\nValidate reporting accuracy and ensure alignment with ServiceNow data structures and business processes.\n\nITSM Metrics & KPI Development\n\nDefine, implement, and govern ITSM KPIs and reporting standards.\n\nDevelop metrics such as:\n\nMTTR (Mean Time to Resolution)\n\nMTTA (Mean Time to Acknowledge)\n\nSLA Attainment & Breaches\n\nBacklog & Aging Analysis\n\nChange Success Rate\n\nReassignment Trends\n\nIncident & Problem Lifecycle Metrics\n\nMaintain KPI documentation, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.\n\nGovernance & Executive Reporting\n\nDevelop reporting solutions for governance forums, CAB meetings, leadership reviews, and operational performance reviews.\n\nDeliver executive-ready dashboards and presentations highlighting performance, risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.\n\nData Analysis & Quality\n\nAnalyze ITSM operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.\n\nEnsure reporting accuracy through data validation and quality controls.\n\nCollaborate with process owners to improve data quality and reporting consistency.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n7+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or ITSM Reporting\n\n5+ years of Power BI development experience\n\n5+ years of ServiceNow Reporting experience\n\nHands‑on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics\n\nStrong knowledge of ITSM processes and lifecycle management\n\nAdvanced experience with:\n\nPower
