Sr. Product Manager, Recruiting Operations Center

DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the transformation of recruiting analytics into persona-driven reporting that empowers decision-makers with actionable insights across the hiring lifecycle. This role bridges business strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to optimize recruiting operations and enhance stakeholder experience.A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.Key job responsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap for persona-driven reporting solutions in recruiting operationsPartner with recruiting operations teams to translate persona needs into clear business requirements and technical specificationsLead cross-functional teams to develop solutions that deliver operational data (signals for immediate action) and analytical insights (performance visibility and outcome trends)Drive the evolution from manual processes to auto-generated reports with automated threshold alerting and forecasting capabilitiesEstablish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and business impactOwn product adoption strategy, ensuring process and operational components are in place to feed the roadmap flywheelBalance strategic vision with tactical execution, understanding the causal connections between input health metrics and delivery outcomesAbout the teamThe Recruiting Operations Center delivers insights to the recruiting business, ensuring decision-makers are armed with the data they need to drive effective hiring outcomes. We're building standardized persona reporting on shared definitions, moving toward a minimal dashboard footprint with operational data in workflow tools. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
