At OneSource, we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can provide exciting opportunities to grow your career.\n\nWhat you will do:\nPerform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials\nOperate RF scanners, hand-held devices, and ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) to confirm material quantities and locations.\nUtilize manual lifts, reach trucks, and transfer equipment safely (requires applicable training and certification).\nEnsure materials are stored in proper locations; investigate and resolve misclassified inventory.\nReport inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged goods, to supervision.\nPublish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics and performance reports.\nConduct root cause analysis on inventory issues and recommend process improvements.\nTrain warehouse staff on inventory control procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs and training materials specific to electrical distribution logistics.\nLead onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing team members.\nPromote full-time and proper use of PPE and uphold all safety and quality procedures.\nPerform additional tasks as assigned to support logistics and inventory operations.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nHigh school or equivalent diploma\nMinimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience\nKnowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)\nExperience using an RF scanner\nClear and concise communication skills\nExperience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook\n\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nOccasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation\nWarehouse environment\nAbility to work in extremely hot, cold, or dusty environments\n\nLocation: This role is based in San Leandro CA.\n\nWork hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Hours may vary, and overtime may be required as necessary.\n\nSalary Range:\nThis is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.67 -$27.57 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
