Growth Marketing Manager
Position OverviewThe Growth Marketing Manager is a high-impact, ownership-level role responsible for developing and executing the paid media strategy at Frankies Bikinis. This individual will own all performance marketing channels as well as the Affiliate program. Managing a combined annual budget in excess of $3M, this person will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness while leveraging Northbeam as the primary measurement and attribution tool. As a key individual contributor on a lean, fast-moving marketing team, this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Primary Job Responsibilities· Partner with the Director of Marketing to build, manage, and continuously optimize a diversified paid channel strategy that supports both acquisition and retention goals across the full marketing funnel· Own and execute end-to-end campaign strategy with primary focus on Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok, plus supporting spend on Snapchat, Pinterest, and Programmatic channels—from planning and launch through ongoing optimization and reporting· Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing across all paid channels; monitor spend efficiency and proactively reallocate budget based on performance signals to hit ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets· Build and maintain performance dashboards; deliver regular reports with clearly synthesized insights, channel-level attribution analysis, and concrete recommendations to stakeholders and leadership· Continuously identify and implement campaign optimizations—including audience segmentation, bid strategies, creative rotation, and landing page testing—while maintaining strict quality control standards across all active campaigns· Monitor competitive landscape, emerging ad products, consumer trends in fashion/swimwear, and platform algorithm updates to ensure Frankies Bikinis maintains a best-in-class paid presence· Design and execute a rigorous, always-on testing roadmap—covering creative concepts, audience targeting, ad formats, copy variations, landing experiences, and in-platform conversion/brand lift studies—to systematically improve performance over time· Analyze creative performance using both quantitative metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and qualitative assessment; brief and collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, copy, and visual direction optimized for each platform and audience· Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices· Maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners· Oversee and maintain product feed management, ensuring catalog accuracy, proper taxonomy, and optimal feed health across DataFeedWatch, Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and other relevant platforms to support Shopping and Dynamic ads· Evaluate and pilot emerging paid channels (e.g., CTV, OTT, OOH, streaming audio, retail media) and proactively bring recommendations to leadership on how to strategically expand the brand’s paid footprint· Collaborate with the social team to integrate UGC and creator content into paid campaigns through whitelisting, partnership ads, and branded content placements; advise on content briefs to maximize paid performance potential· Lead pixel and tagging strategy in partnership with the web/development team; ensure accurate tracking, event firing, and data integrity across all paid platforms, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and any third-party attribution tools· Manage the affiliate program on Awin, including partner recruitment, commission structures, coupon policies, creative assets, and performance oversight to drive incremental revenue while protecting brand equity· Support seasonal campaign planning by aligning paid digital calendars with key brand moments (new collection launches, holiday, sale events) and ensuring channel strategies reflect broader marketing objectivesEducation & Requirements· 3–5+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel programs; fashion, apparel, or lifestyle e-commerce experience strongly preferred· Proven track record managing paid media campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands with combined channel budgets of $2M+ per year; able to demonstrate measurable impact on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth· Highly self-directed with the ability to build strategy from scratch, manage projects independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment where resourcefulness and ownership are essential· Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and multi-touch attribution; hands-on experience with Northbeam as huge plus, as it is our primary measurement platform· Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting performance results, strategic recommendations, and creative rationale to cross-functional partners and leadership; proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative by nature· Platform certifications or deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads required· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify analytics, and data visualization tools; comfort pulling and synthesizing data independently without reliance on a BI team· A genuine passion for fashion, swimwear, and consumer culture—someone who understands the Frankies Bikinis aesthetic and can translate brand identity into compelling, high-performing paid campaignsSalary & Benefits· Base Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 per year.
