Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor
About the Role:
The Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of scheduling and logistical operations within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, and managing of resources to meet operational demands efficiently and effectively. The supervisor will lead a team to optimize schedules, coordinate transportation, and manage inventory flow to support business objectives. By maintaining clear communication channels and collaborating with various departments, the role ensures timely delivery of services and products while minimizing costs and delays. Ultimately, the Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor contributes to enhancing overall operational productivity and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in a logistics or scheduling environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient scheduling systems to optimize workforce and resource allocation.
Supervise daily logistics operations including transportation, inventory management, and distribution activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead, train, and support the scheduling and logistics team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Compensation:
$40,000 annualy (exempt)
