Insurance Operations Specialist
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist I - SES.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and transactional support to leadership and internal teams, including data entry and email management
Process insurance transactions and maintain accurate records for property insurance and claims
Handle incoming inquiries and monitor shared inboxes, escalating complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One (1) or more years of experience in insurance operations, trust administration, financial services, or customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with routine billing and documentation processes
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks
