PM - Project Manager, Commercial Construction, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across Central Florida. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including ground up construction, renovations, and tenant buildouts across sectors such as industrial, retail, office, and medical.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Responsibilities:Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsLead project meetings and maintain documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor cost control, billing, forecasting, and overall project financialsSupport field teams and ensure alignment between office and jobsiteEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsMaintain strong client relationships and support repeat business effortsRequirements:5 or more years of project management experience in commercial constructionExperience with ground up builds, renovations, and tenant improvement projectsStrong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and construction documentationProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Central Florida preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance incentivesStable pipeline of commercial projects across Central FloridaTeam oriented culture focused on accountability, quality, and client serviceOpportunity for long term growth within a well established contractor
