This would include Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance and Inventory platform implementations and ongoing maintenance, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas., While also being able to develop these in a collaborative atmosphere with the client and other internal teams including advising / co-creating the solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and / or Finance.\nConstruct / Build the solution through collaboration with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts.\nDrive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the pursuit teams on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences\nWork with the sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate / collaborate with delivery\nUse Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams.\nPromote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services\nTravel may be required for this role.
