This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver applications that support critical business operations.\r\nThis is an onsite position based in Montgomery, Alabama, offering the opportunity to contribute within a structured and collaborative environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead architectural design and planning for enterprise-level applications optimized for IIS environments\r\nTranslate complex business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and specifications\r\nDesign and oversee the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance .NET applications\r\nEvaluate and select appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies for both front-end and back-end development\r\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and code review processes throughout the SDLC\r\nDesign solutions with a strong emphasis on database efficiency, performance tuning, and optimized data access\r\nEnsure all architectures adhere to secure software design principles and enterprise security standards\r\nAct as a technical liaison between developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders\r\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\r\nProven experience as a Software Architect or Senior .NET Developer in enterprise environments\r\nStrong technical expertise in\r\nASP.NET MVC (Core, 4, or 5)\r\nC#\r\nADO.NET\r\nSQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)\r\nHTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery\r\nVisual Studio\r\nBootstrap\r\nHands-on experience with IIS configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting\r\nStrong understanding of secure application design and development best practices\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience designing and supporting enterprise-scale application architectures\r\nProven ability to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability\r\nDemonstrated success leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams\r\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to balance technical excellence with business priorities and delivery timelines\r\nBenefits and Employer Information\r\nAt Seneca Resources, we are more than a staffing and consulting firm—we are a trusted career partner.
