SAFe Agilist certification. Typically knows several different programming languages but often specializes in one and/or one area of the application (e.g. user interface, backend services).Junior - Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires guidance, as appropriate.Mid - Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Able to develop and use more complex concepts and processes, conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems. Guides and supports junior level personnel. Requires guidance when dealing with new, uncertain, undefined or undeveloped tasks.Senior - Work is highly independent.
