You will monitor product flow, tank levels, pressure, temperature, and quality readings while following safety, sanitation, and production procedures.\n\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate and monitor membrane filtration equipment.\nComplete equipment and start-up checks before production.\nPrepare and verify hoses, valves, and filtration equipment.\nMonitor tank levels and product flow throughout production.\nMonitor filtration pressure, temperature, Brix, and other process conditions.\nPerform required quality and turbidity testing.\nVerify product meets established quality requirements.\nDirect product flow to the correct destination.\nMonitor equipment for pressure issues, flow interruptions, pump problems, leaks, alarms, or other concerns.\nReport equipment, quality, and production issues to the appropriate team.\nComplete production, quality, testing, downtime, and cleaning documentation.\nPerform assigned cleaning and sanitation activities, including CIP procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work area.\nFollow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.\nWork closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams.\nCommunicate important production updates and equipment issues during shift handoffs.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious production or equipment operating experience preferred.\nAbility to follow written procedures and safety instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to monitor equipment and identify problems.\nBasic troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis position may involve exposure to moving mechanical equipment, vibration, bright lighting, and cleaning chemicals.
