The CM – SGF will manage a caseload of individuals receiving State General Funds for services and maintain documentation needed quarterly and annually. The CM – SGF will make collateral contacts with such community resources, such as law enforcement and medical personnel to obtain additional information, coordinate services, or secure their assistance.
