Omega Flex promotes from within and believes in growing the skills and careers of every team member!\nOmega Flex has been in business since 1975 and continues to be in demand for their high-quality products.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.\nFamiliarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment,\nMust possess basic math and reading skills and have the ability to read measuring instruments.\nMust have the ability to lift 60 pounds on a daily basis.\nMechanical ability and/or prior manufacturing experience helpful, but not necessary (we will train).\nMust be a reliable and dependable worker with great work ethic.\nEssential duties/responsibilities:\nSegmenting & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and segment raw materials using specialized equipment (e.g., saws, laser cutters, or automated machinery).\nQuality Control: Inspect materials for defects, ensuring all cuts meet required specifications and quality standards.\nMachine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain cutting equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions.\nSafety Compliance: Follow company and industry safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.\nCollaboration: Work closely with production teams, machine operators, and quality control personnel to meet production targets.\nAbout the Company: Since 1975, Omega Flex has been supplying quality-engineered flexible metal piping products that meet highly engineered industrial, residential, and commercial applications.
