While competing Detection & Response approaches demand alert triage and reactive firefighting, our Full Content Inspection™ capability meets adversaries in the network and cleans malicious content from protocols, code, and files in real time — with sub-millisecond inspection latency and near-zero false positives. Every day, we work at scale: protecting over 3 million users and processing 1.5 trillion content objects. Due to Federal Contracts, we are limited to hiring only US citizens. As a senior developer on our applications development team, you will help to shape the development of a new product line for Trinity. You will be responsible for the creation of a new set of native client applications designed to run on Windows and Apple platforms. This isn’t just your typical role adding minor features to some existing product, this is an opportunity to truly innovate and help define the architecture from the ground up.How We Work:Strategic Autonomy: We hire self-starters and give them the space to innovate. As a senior member of the team, you will operate with minimal direction. We don't micromanage; we provide the objective and trust you to architect the solution.Sophistication & Scale: You will tackle high-complexity work in a low-bureaucracy environment. We’ve removed the corporate fluff so you can focus on the technical challenges of global-scale networking.Remote Excellence: Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% remote role while collaborating with a high-caliber team that values technical integrity above all else. What You’ll Do:Research & Invent: Work directly with our Chief Architect to select the toolset and define the core architecture for the native client (desktop and mobile) additions to the Trinity product line.Architect for Performance: Write clear, maintainable, and highly performant code.Quality Guardrails: Participate in rigorous code reviews and use TDD (Test Driven Development) to guarantee that our codebase is world-class.Design-First Engineering: Translate complex requirements into clear, predictable designs. You’ll participate in design reviews and change planning to ensure every move is calculated.Core Requirements:Advanced knowledge of Windows application development including designing and building Windows Services and native Windows apps (native clients - not PWA or other web applications).Significant experience (5+ years minimum) with .NET and one or more of C#, C++, PowerShell development.Candidate must also be interested in participating in development for Apple platforms (MacOS, IOS, IPadOS).Working knowledge or prior experience with MacOS and/or IOS development with Swift would be a huge plus.Experience designing, implementing and integrating server side Web APIs (e.g. GraphQL / REST).Experience integrating with external APIs and third party libraries.Understanding of asynchronous programming methodologies.Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis).Proven ability to learn quickly and solve significant problems with minimal direction.Strong understanding of computer security principles.Interest in solving problems and the desire to never stop learning.Experience with TDD and testing frameworks.Experience with Continuous Integration / Deployment is a plus.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math is preferred.Must possess the highest level of personal integrity, value team success over individual achievement, and enjoy working on a fully remote team in a very high tech environment. Why Join Us?You’ll be given the keys to a complex, high-speed environment where your work has immediate, tangible results.
