Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify opportunities for automation through data analysis\nCollaborate with the AI team to integrate AI/Client algorithms into JAVA applications.\nImplement machine learning models and ensure seamless integration with existing applications.\nCategorize and prioritize opportunities through value-add lens\nReduce repetitive tasks and support activities & re-engineer support process where needed\nUnderstand available automation solution/Tools and apply that to relevant use cases\nVisualize automation solution and create proof of concept\nCollaborate with engineering/architecture practice team to innovate, develop and deploy automation solutions\nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\nUtilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement\nMonitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\nTo be effective in this role, candidate should possess the following:\n6 + years software development experience\n3+ years of RLM (Release lifecycle Management) using tools like BMC RLM (or) Harness etc.\n3+ years of direct experience working in(hands-on involvement) multi-dimensional development projects/programs with diverse technology stack and global deployments\n3+ years hands-on with CI/CD pipeline\n3+ years hands-on experience in design, development and implementation of automation solutions\n3+ years hands-on experience with Chef, Ansible, Linux & Windows (shell/batch scripting & server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup & recovery)\nFamiliarity with AI/Client concepts and algorithms.\nExperience with data preprocessing, model training and evaluation will be a value add.\nExperience in front-end tools, UI design and development (Angular or React) is a plus\nEnjoys hands-on programming/scripting work.\nExperience using Service Management Software (Service Now).
