Our studios are energetic, welcoming, and community-driven — and we’re looking for a strong, sales-minded General Managerto lead our Bothell location.\nThis is a growth role.\nIf you thrive on closing deals, building teams, and driving results, you will love this position.\nThe Role\nThis is a hands-on leadership position with a heavy focus on sales and business development.\nYou’ll spend approximately:\n80–90% of your time driving sales, outreach, and revenue growth\n10–20% leading the team and managing studio operations\nYou are the engine of the studio — responsible for revenue, culture, performance, and the overall member experience.\nWhat You’ll DoSales & Growth (Primary Focus)\nDrive membership sales through in-studio conversions and outside business development\nExecute daily outbound sales: calls, texts, emails, follow-ups, and prospecting\nBuild partnerships with local businesses and community organizations\nGenerate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and events\nPlan and execute studio promotions and pop-ups\nOwn studio performance metrics: leads, conversions, revenue, and retention\nTeam Leadership\nHire, train, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives and Flexologists\nBuild a high-performance, positive, accountable culture\nSet clear expectations and continuously develop your team\nStudio Operations\nOversee daily studio operations and customer experience\nMaintain a clean, organized, brand-ready studio\nManage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships\nHandle high-level customer service issues\nEnsure compliance with StretchLab policies and procedures\nCollect outstanding dues and manage basic financial reporting\nUse ClubReady CRM for scheduling, reporting, payroll, and performance tracking\nWho You Are\nA confident sales leaderwho loves the chase and the close\nA hands-on manager who leads from the front\nHighly organized and comfortable working with numbers and systems\nExcellent communicator with strong people skills\nFlexible and available for evenings and weekends as needed\nQualifications\n5+ years of sales experience required(membership or fitness sales strongly preferred)\nProven ability to drive revenue and lead teams\nExperience with CRM systems and scheduling software\nStrong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)\nWhy Join Us\nYou’re not stepping into a maintenance role — you’re stepping into a growth opportunitywhere your leadership directly shapes the success of the business and the community around it.\nAdditional Information\nCompensation Transparency (Washington State Compliance):\nThe total compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 per year, which includes base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
