Account Manager (Fine Art)

We are seeking a driven Client Manager to join our New York office, supporting high-value art logistics and relocation projects. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in fine art shipping, handling, or logistics who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Join a team that specializes in secure, white-glove transportation and storage of valuable artwork.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end client relationships for fine art logistics and relocation projectsCoordinate domestic and international transport of artwork, including scheduling and routingLiaise with internal operations teams, warehouse staff, and external vendorsPrepare accurate job estimates, quotes, and invoices for clientsOversee packing, crating, and installation logistics to ensure best practices are followedTrack shipments and proactively communicate updates to clientsEnsure compliance with customs, import/export, and insurance requirementsHandle high-value inventory with attention to detail and security protocolsResolve client issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standardsMaintain detailed records within CRM and logistics systemsSupport business development by identifying upsell opportunities within accountsCollaborate with senior leadership on process improvements and client satisfaction initiativesKey Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in art logistics, fine art shipping, or high-value relocation servicesStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesKnowledge of packing, crating, and transportation standards for artworkFamiliarity with international shipping documentation and customs proceduresProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
