Responsibilities

Coordinate with culinary staff to develop menu offerings that appeal to diverse customer preferences while controlling costs.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Requirements
Proven management experience in food service management or restaurant management roles with supervising responsibilities.
Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation standards within the hospitality industry.

Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and dietary considerations in a restaurant or catering environment.
