In this role, you will be responsible for the integration, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and support of the Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) and associated Digital Financial Services solutions. You will collaborate with customers, solution architects, project managers, banks, mobile operators, and third-party vendors to deliver secure and scalable Mobile Money and Digital Wallet solutions.\nWhat you will do\nAnalyze customer requirements and solution design documents; perform installation, configuration, integration, and deployment of the Ericsson Wallet Platform across development, staging, and production environments\nIntegrate the platform with banking systems, payment gateways, USSD/SMSC platforms, Service Delivery Platforms, charging systems, and external FinTech ecosystems\nTroubleshoot integration issues across application, database, and network layers\nExecute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including end-to-end transaction validation and production readiness reviews\nDeploy application patches, hotfixes, and software releases; support production activities during maintenance windows\nPrepare and maintain key project documents including MOPs, SOPs, SOWs, RCAs, and deployment/rollback plans\nPartner with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Teams, customers, and partners; contribute to technical workshops and knowledge sharing\nThe skills you will bring\n4–6 years of hands-on integration/implementation experience in mobile money platforms, digital wallet or FinTech solutions, payment systems, or Telecom Value Added Services (VAS)\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field\nHands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting\nPractical experience with containerization and cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, ALB, security groups, ingress controllers)\nSolid understanding of networking and integration protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, REST/XML APIs, SMPP/SMTP, and SSL/TLS configuration and troubleshooting\nExperience with Oracle database administration, including SQL and PL/SQL\nDemonstrated experience in application deployment, patch management, and testing cycles (SIT and UAT)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach\nClear communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global time zones\nFlexibility to travel and support production activities outside standard business hours when needed\nPreferred:\nHands-on experience with FinTech platforms, wallet technology, and the Ericsson Charging System\nExperience with MySQL, clustering technologies, and cloud-native deployments\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
