This role ensures all visual standards, corporate initiatives, and brand storytelling are consistently delivered to the highest standard.You will partner cross-functionally to drive sales, enhance the client experience, and bring the brand to life through compelling visual execution. You will lead the visual direction that supports business growth while maintaining luxury brand standards.Act as the brand steward for a designated fleet of stores, ensuring consistency in visual standards and storytellingPartner closely with the corporate Visual team, Regional SVP, and cross-functional partnersCollaborate with Store Planning, Merchandising, Regional Operations, and Store Leadership to align on business priorities and executionEnsure all visual directives are executed with precision, timeliness, and brand integrityProvide in-store coaching and feedback to develop visual talent and elevate execution standardsIdentify and develop high-potential talent, contributing to succession planning and internal mobilityManage and prioritize workload across multiple locations, balancing strategic initiatives and daily executionPartner with leadership to identify budget needs for windows, interiors, seasonal campaigns, and eventsDrive visual strategies that support sales performance, client experience, and product storytellingAct as a liaison between stores and corporate partners to ensure alignment on floor moves and merchandising strategiesParticipate in regional and corporate calls, contributing insights and recommendations based on store performanceSupport special projects, events, and initiatives as neededRequired Qualifications:7–10+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury, department store, or big-box retail environmentsProven experience managing multi-store or high-volume retail environmentsStrong understanding of visual merchandising at scale, including standardization, process, and executionBackground in fashion, styling, interiors, or visual display productionBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to drive results through influence and cross-functional partnershipStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize across a large fleetAbility to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable visual strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a luxury department store or premium big-box retailerA strategic and innovative thinker who can elevate brand presentation while maintaining operational efficiencyStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationPassion for customer experience, storytelling, and brand buildingProven track record of developing talent and building high-performing teamsAbility to balance creativity with commercial acumen to drive sales and profitabilityFrequent standing, walking, and movement across multiple store environmentsAbility to lift and move visual materials (up to 25 pounds)Use of ladders and equipment to execute window and in-store displaysHands-on involvement in merchandising and display executionSpecific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and depth perceptionOpportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformationExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporateComprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing employee discountSaks.com is an equal opportunity employer.
