Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly experienced Home Health Administrator / Operations Partner who can take charge of building and managing the agency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in home health operations, AHCA compliance, contracting, and referral development, and is ready to help take this agency to the next level. This is a remote/hybrid partnership or commission-based role — perfect for someone entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to grow a licensed agency from the ground up.
