The ideal candidate will possess J2EE, Angular, Linux, and Elastic Stack experience.\nResponsibilities:\nWorks efficiently within the agile development team.\nResearches, designs, and develops software systems.\nDesigns application objects that work together to produce desired product.\nWrites well designed, testable, efficient code.\nEnsures that completed code provide all functionality described by application experts to ensure that acceptance criteria are met.\nDevelops level-of-effort estimates for enhancements and new features,\nWorks with agile teams to refine requirements and to identify areas for enhancement.\nWorks with other team members to develop a complete and integrated solution; and to deliver quality software and required documentation on time.\nDevelops and executes Test Driven Development tests, integration tests, unit tests, and automated test.\nActively participate in code, test, and documentation peer reviews.\nMonitors and maintains production systems.\nBuilds product deliverables according to specifications, escalates technical design or specification issues to team leads and project manager.\nDesigns, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.\nQualifications:\nCandidate must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass and maintain a public trust clearance.\n\nEducation\nB.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science from accredited college/university required\nSkills / Abilities\nDemonstrated experience leading technical development efforts.\nPossession of certification in related field a plus.\nMinimum three (3) years’ experience in software design and development.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.\nProven experience on Agile projects with expertise in the following: Agile Analysis (e.g., capturing user stories), Design, Development, Agile Testing, Configuration Management, Systems Architecture, and Content Delivery Systems. Preferred they have programming experience in J2EE, Angular, Linux, and Elastic Stack.
