C2C________________________________________Position OverviewTexas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to support the development of enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.The selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain business applications leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Articulate 360. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze system requirements, develop solutions, and support workflow automation and reporting initiatives.This position requires a highly experienced professional capable of independently performing complex tasks while contributing to cross-functional development teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities" Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, workflows, and system requirements" Design and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies" Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps" Develop Power Automate workflows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows" Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other backend data sources" Support Dynamics 365 integrations and application development" Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports" Develop and support Power Pages portals" Assist in managing and utilizing the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center" Develop learning and training content using Articulate / Reach 360" Collaborate with business users to identify technical solutions" Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning and reviews" Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements" Document system designs, processes, and technical specifications________________________________________Required ExperienceCandidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:Experience Requirement8+ years Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments5+ years Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate4+ years Microsoft Power Platform development2+ years Designing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar databases1+ year Developing Power Automate flows, Desktop flows, and business process flows1+ year Experience working with Dataverse tables and architecture1+ year Experience with Power Pages portals1+ year Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center1+ year Experience with Articulate / Reach 360________________________________________Preferred Skills" Microsoft Power Platform certification" Experience developing Power Platform mobile applications" Experience working in Agile development environments" Strong communication and analytical skills" Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
