You’ll source and originate loans, manage relationships, and deliver a fast, frictionless borrower experience. What You’ll Do Originate loans across Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR Build and manage a pipeline of investors, builders, and developers Drive deals from quote to application to close Collect and package documentation to keep files clean and moving Partner with internal operations to ensure fast closings and a high-trust client experience What We’re Looking For Experience in private lending, mortgage, real estate finance, or high-performance sales Strong relationship-building and pipeline discipline Ability to structure deals and communicate terms clearly Competitive, self-driven, and accountable Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission.
