Contract Administrator
Job description
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team at American Process Management (APM) as a long-term member of our team. APM uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
The Contract Administrator will facilitate contractor mobilization on projects across the southeast United States utilizing systems co-developed by APM. This will be a hybrid position and will not require travel.
Job Responsibilities:
Submit requisitions to contractors
Screening of resumes prior to submittal to requisition
Setup and coordinate interviews of supplemental workers with Client management team
Ensure rate and classification compliance with contracts
Conduct meetings to communicate of new corporate policies with contractors
Approve electronic payment to contractors
Create purchase requests and change orders
Oversee team of 4 analysts and facilitate the overall process
Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong in Microsoft Excel
