Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in education, which helped shape my leadership style and passion for mentoring and developing others.I'm a second-generation State Farm agent and hold a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a master's degree from Georgetown College. Qualifications:Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
