We are committed to quality, community, and building a team that reflects our values.We are seeking a seasoned and result-driven Chief Operations Officer to oversee multi-store operations across our Georgia and Alabama locations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring consistency in merchandising, customer experience, and employee training to drive sales performance. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset would be ideal as there is opportunity for new locations.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about the fashion and apparel industry.Responsibilities:Own and manage company-wide P&L performanceDevelop and execute strategies to increase revenue, margins, and overall profitabilityPartner with finance to forecast, budget, and optimize cost structuresImplement initiatives to improve store productivity and efficiencyEnsure a consistent and compelling customer experience across all locationsDrive initiatives that enhance the overall customer journeyDrive initiatives that ensure monitoring of customer feedback, satisfaction metrics and trendsEstablish and monitor key operational KPIs (sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, payroll, shrink)Collaborate closely with merchandising to drive product performance and sell-throughEnsure effective inventory allocation and replenishment across regionsReduce markdown exposure and optimize inventory turnOversee execution of visual merchandising and brand standardsBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing teamWork with executive team for succession planning and talent development strategiesProvide coaching and performance management at the executive and leadership levelsSupport long-term business growth and scalabilityEvaluate organizational structure and optimize for evolving business needsLead change management initiatives across the organizationPartner with buying, merchandising, marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams.Ensure effective communication and alignment across all departmentsQualifications10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail operationsProven experience overseeing multi-unit retail operations in apparel/softlinesStrong P&L ownership and financial acumenDemonstrated success driving sales growth and operational improvementsCollege degree in finance or business.Knowledge in classic southern brandsDeep understanding of product life cycleProficient in retail technology and POS systemsAbility to foster effective relationships a various levels to include associates, buyers, and ownersExcels in team-building and maintaining a close-knit, supportive workplace dynamicHigh flexibility to travel across region but not overnight
