This is a Hybrid position. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. Responsibilities Lead and drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accelerating measurable business outcomes. Own end-to-end delivery of complex data-driven initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Cloud Data platforms. Facilitate high-impact Agile ceremonies (daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on clarity, urgency, and accountability. Bridge between technical and business requirements, communicating effectively at all levels. Maintain detailed project artifacts, resolve dependencies, monitor risks, issues, and blockers, and manage dependencies to maintain momentum against critical milestones. Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and real‐time updates. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build a shared understanding and achieve frictionless execution. Qualifications 8+ years of technical program management experience leading data and analytics initiatives. PMP required; Certified Scrum Master or SAFe preferred. Expertise in Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban with keen attention to detail. Strategic thinking and adaptability, with the ability to connect delivery to organizational goals, influence stakeholders, and pivot with business needs. Executive communication skills, translating business needs and problems into technical requirements and measurable business outcomes. Strong background in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Databricks).
