Corporate Formatting Specialist

A company is looking for a Corporate Formatting Specialist (Remote) - Traffic/Hub. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate broadcast station program schedules and formats for multiple markets Ensure commercial inventory accuracy based on local avails for each program format Complete daily schedules and formats in the Wide Orbit Traffic system Required Qualifications A college degree in a related field is preferred Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines In-depth knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic or related Traffic software is a plus Previous television, radio, or cable Traffic/Sales support experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
