Adventist Health System - 46-001 Kamehameha Hwy - Responsibilities: Coordinates and schedules patient care for wellness programs; Facilitates communication between patient scheduling staff and all user departments; Answers telephone inquiries regarding physician referrals and covers front desk duties when needed; Maintains patient scheduling database; Collaborates with patient financial services to ensure appropriate authorizations are obtained in accordance with policy and procedure
