Role Description This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role located in Amarillo, TX. The System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers and network systems. Daily tasks include system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support to internal users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. The System Administrator will also play an active role in maintaining network connectivity and addressing escalated issues as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in System Administration and Network AdministrationStrong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skillsKnowledge of Information Technology systems and best practicesAbility to evaluate, implement, and maintain IT systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a strong plusExcellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience working within the banking or financial services industry is a plus
