Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead ConsultantLocation: Memphis, TN (Travel required – onsite 2 weeks per month)Duration: 6-Month ContractWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant to support a high-impact Oracle Fusion implementation.Lead the Oracle Fusion Payroll workstream for a full lifecycle implementationDrive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll modulesPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsManage payroll data conversion, validation, and reconciliationOversee and support year-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulationsLead and coordinate SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cyclesIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation strategiesProvide leadership, guidance, and best practices to functional and technical teamsEnsure successful integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Time & Labor)Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transferRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Oracle Fusion PayrollProven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementationsHands-on experience with year-end payroll processing (W-2s, tax updates, balancing, etc.)Strong understanding of U.S. payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reportingExperience with payroll data migration, integrations, and reconciliationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with multi-state payroll environmentsExposure to Time & Labor, Absence Management, or Benefits modulesOracle certifications in HCM or PayrollTravel Requirements:Must be able to travel to Memphis, TN approximately 2 weeks per month
