As a Software Technical Project Manager you will:\r\n\r\nUnderstand software development lifecycle management from scoping and requirements defining through deployment and post launch maintenance.\r\nConstruct detailed plans, contracts, and manage project budgets while continuously identifying and proactively addressing program and software teams risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.\r\nRefine processes and procedures to increase teams' productivity and deliver efficiency.\r\nCommunicate complex engineering challenges into business requirements and vice versa.\r\nWork with with little direction while delivering outcomes.\r\nBe able to context switch and handle the management, deficiencies, and roadblocks for a large variety of software applications.\r\nWork collaboratively amongst many different teams and organizations and generate contractual documentation.\r\n\r\nThis is an exciting career opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next-generation Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System.\r\nPursuant to Government contract, this job requires US Citizenship status\r\nASFS\r\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\r\n\r\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering\r\nMinimum 10 years of related experience\r\nSecret Clearance\r\nBackground in software development and project management methodologies.\r\nDevSecOps software Approach\r\nSoftware development (Python, React, Java, etc)\r\nWeb applications, Desktop applications, Enterprise, and Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)\r\nProject management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Spiral)\r\nSOLID design principles\r\nArchitectural patterns (Microservices, Event- Driven Architecture, etc)\r\nVersion control (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc)\r\n\r\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills\r\n\r\nStrong verbal/written communications skills and peer-to-leader presentations\r\nExperience with Agile software metrics (e.g., burnup/burndown, velocity, code coverage)\r\nAerospace Software Standards (DO-178C, ARINC-653, ARINC-661, MISRA C, etc.)\r\nAgile/SAFe/Lean development\r\nExperience with software requirements development\r\nDevSecOps pipelines, tools and techniques operated within a cloud-based environment\r\n\r\nPay Information\r\nFull-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486\r\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
