Job DescriptionTravel Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Days)Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Alpena, MI.Contract DetailsDays 730AM-6:00PM (can work 8 to 10 hour days) / 40 Hour GuaranteeStart Date: 6/1/2026Contract: 13 weeksLocation: Alpena, MIHourly Pay: $ 39.00Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00Weekly Total Pay: $2416.00Dress Code: Business CasualWeekend Requirements: One Sunday Per Month ** ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:(20%)* Evaluates the patient's function by performing formal/informal testing measures to determine the skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status.(20%)* Develops a goal specific treatment regime based on assessment data and the patient's tolerance to carry-out the treatment plan as prescribed.(20%)* Submits a written treatment regime to be included as part of the plan of treatment authorized by and coordinated with the physician. Updates to plan of care as needed to reflect changes in patient status.
