This role records operational data, conducts post-event analysis, and responds to pre-operational and post-operational data requests to support real-time and continuous TFMEP operations.\nSalary Range - $120,000 - $130,000 - Based on relevant years of experience\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze NAS performance and TFMEP metrics to support operational decision-making.\nRecord data that supports real-time NAS implementation of TFMEP output.\nConduct post-event analysis to assess the effectiveness of the strategic deconfliction plan versus actual system performance.\nRespond to pre-operational and post-operational data requests as needed.\nSupport the development of repeatable and executable processes through data analysis.\nDocument findings and summarize trends that may improve TFMEP operations.\nCollaborate with TFMEP operational staff, FAA management, and stakeholders as needed.\nContribute to process improvement efforts by identifying operational insights from data.\nEducation\nBachelor of Arts/Science degree with 10+ years of experience is required.\nQualifications\nExperience in data analysis, operational reporting, or performance metrics.\nStrong ability to collect, validate, and interpret operational data.\nExperience conducting post-event analysis and identifying trends or performance gaps.\nFamiliarity with strategic deconfliction, traffic flow management, or NAS operations is highly desirable.\nAbility to respond quickly to ad hoc data requests in a time-sensitive environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.\nProficiency with data tools, spreadsheets, and analytical software.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a 24/7 operational support environment.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.\nWork Requirements:\nWork location: FAA Headquarters and/or the DOT TFMEP Control Center (SCC).\nWork Hours: Onsite 5 days per week. 24/7 Operations support may be required.\nTypical shift windows include:\nMorning: 0600–1400 or 0700–1500\nEvening: 1400–2200 or 1500–2300\nOvernight: 2200–0600\nOvernight coverage may be adjusted based on program needs.\nTravel: 0%\nPhysical requirements:\nWork is performed in an operations room/control center environment.\nExtended Computer Use: Regular and prolonged periods of working at a computer terminal.\nLifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting of equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds may be required during installations or maintenance.\nMobility: Ability to move around the office environment to access computer hardware, networking equipment, and server rooms.\nDexterity: Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform tasks requiring precision.\nSitting/Standing: Both prolonged sitting and occasional standing may be required for troubleshooting and attending to system issues.\nBackground check: Must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.\nAbout LS Technologies\nAt LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, we're enhancing our nation’s critical infrastructure by providing engineering, technical, and professional services to Federal Government agencies.
