troubleshoot bottlenecks; and participate inon-call rotations to sustain five-nines reliability.•Automate routine operations(provisioning, patching, health checks) and maintain runbooks and post-incidentreviews.Must-Have technical skillsCore reliability& operations — required regardless of engine•8+ years of production DBAexperience on mission-critical, high-availability systems.•Demonstrated five-nines(99.999%) operations and active participation in 24×7 on-call rotations andincident response.•Backup, restore, PITR, failoverand DR design meeting defined RPO/RTO objectives.•Advanced performance tuning:execution-plan analysis, query optimization, indexing strategy, lock/waitdiagnosis.•Capacity planning and growthforecasting.•Proactive monitoring, telemetryand automated alerting (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM), or equivalent).•Automation and scripting:Structured Query Language (SQL), Shell and Python; configuration automation(e.g., Ansible).Oracle: Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, Recovery Manager(RMAN), Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Automatic Workload Repository (AWR)/ Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor (ADDM) tuning;
