Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pool Service Technician located in Tampa, FL. The Pool Service Technician will be responsible for providing routine pool maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and solving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include cleaning pools, maintaining pool equipment, troubleshooting technical problems, performing field service visits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a dedication to excellent service are critical for this role. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance, including cleaning, repairing, and servicing pools and related equipmentStrong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with pool systems and equipmentBackground in Field Service and working directly at on-site locationsExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clientsAbility to work independently in outdoor environments and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to lift heavy equipment and work with toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in pool servicing or a similar role is a plus
