The TSSC is responsible for the sustainment of the fielded Training System enterprise providing pilot and maintainer training across multiple training locations. The Training System includes classroom infrastructure, courseware, and training devices that support the training mission.\r\nThe individual selected for this position will be responsible for a variety of tracking and planning tasks applicable to the sustainment phase of the F35 Training Program. The primary focus will be as a member of the Change Oversight and Release Engineering (CORE) Team. CORE facilitates the implementation of changes to Training Systems products.\r\nAs a key member of the CORE team you will\r\n\r\nCollaborate with Product Teams to understand the scope of change, change type, effectivity, and schedule.\r\nEvaluate a change for enterprise effectivity and sustainability and then authorizes its release for use on the Training System\r\nVerify readiness of delegated change for field release\r\nProcess Release Authorization Notices\r\nSupport release processes with for non-delegated changes.\r\nCoordination with Aero and JPO counterparts for all change requests.\r\n\r\nAdditional responsibilities may include support for TSSC Problem Management, Process Improvement, and Earned Value Management.\r\nSome travel may be required. (<25%, typically 1-2 weeks/year). \r\nPosition is >50% remote, but requires some physical presence on-site at Eglin AFB or Orlando Lake Underhill Facility.\r\nThis position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance.
