Must have experience with removing viruses, replacing PC hardware parts (i.e. keyboard, hard drive, LCD screens, power jacks), and be a keen, quick computer diagnose in pinpointing exactly what the computer issue is without any doubts.Main experience requirements: Must have working experience in computer/phone repairs and also have customer service experience within such roles.
