Responsibilities:\n\nThe Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform the role of Project Integrator. The individual selected for this position will support the Sponsor in the continued implementation of an enterprise-wide program for the advocacy of Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTRs). The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties including both tactical and strategic support for a training program, content management, reporting mechanisms, and office business rhythms.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\nServe as the primary administrator and registrar for all Senior Acquisition Executive Office (SAEO) courses; manage course catalogs, course scheduling, and enrollment processes.\nCoordinate course logistics, including instructor scheduling, classroom reservations, materials preparation, and participant communications.\nMaintain accurate training records; track course completions and certifications.\nEvaluate all course content on an annual basis to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with current policies, regulations, certification requirements, and industry best practices.\nCollaborate with leadership to assess training needs and identify gaps; provide regular updates on course availability and enrollment trends.\nServe as the point of contact for training inquiries and provide guidance on course selection and registration procedures.\nConduct comprehensive research on internal and external training opportunities to identify courses that align with organizational needs and certification requirements.\nEvaluate internal and external course content, delivery methods, costs, and vendor qualifications to recommend training solutions for COTRs at various levels.\nResearch and identify conferences, seminars, and leadership programs to support COTRs' professional development, career progression, and certification maintenance.\nAttend meetings with members of SAEO, take notes, provide meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.\nQualifications:\nMust possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nBS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7\nAt least 3 years of experience supporting the Customer.\nDemonstrated experience providing C-suite and/or executive-level support.\nBusiness-minded professional with an enterprise-wide perspective.\nAbility to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions.\nExcellent interpersonal and networking skills.\nExcellent judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.\nOutstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.\nStrong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines.\nSelf-starter with a \"can-do\" attitude, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, and solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting).\nAbility to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.\nStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve and streamline processes.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.\nPrior experience supporting the Customer's enterprise IT and/or mission support environment.\nFamiliarity with and experience using Customer access management, travel, and action planning tools.\nEqual Pay Act: This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
