This role can be based out of any Crusoe office and is full-time in-office. You will work across all customer accounts — not tied to a single book of business — proactively training customers on current features, new releases, and capabilities they are not yet using. You will build the enablement catalog used to onboard new customers and new employees, and act as a bridge between customers, product, and marketing as the public technical voice of the platform.\n\nWhat You'll Be Working On\n\nDeliver live training, webinars, and workshops that teach customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform\n\nProduce technical content — blog posts, whitepapers, and guides — covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics\n\nScript, record, and produce \"How-To\" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos\n\nRepresent Crusoe at major industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert, including booth engagement\n\nBuild and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the wider CNCF ecosystem (ArgoCD, Rancher, KubeVirt)\n\nCreate Proof of Concept guides and technical decks that help the sales team explain enterprise-grade features, and channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\n\nDeep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy\n\nHands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure, including compute and storage (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued)\n\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP)\n\nBackground in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with an engineering or developer audience\n\nExperience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training\n\nAbility to explain a complex topic — like virtual Kubernetes clusters — in a way that lands with both a C-level executive and a junior DevOps engineer\n\nComfort managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment\n\nBonus Points\n\nHistory of contributing to or advocating for open-source projects (Knative, Tekton, OpenStack)\n\nFamiliarity with DevContainer standards, CLI tool development, and local-to-cloud development workflows (DevPod)\n\nExperience creating sales enablement materials or supporting DevRel and external marketing efforts\n\nBackground at cloud infrastructure or platform companies (Mirantis, Platform9, Datadog, or similar)\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive compensation and equity packages\n\nRestricted Stock Units\n\nPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs\n\nComprehensive health, dental & vision insurance\n\nEmployer contributions to HSA account\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\n\nProfessional development & tuition reimbursement\n\nMental health & wellness support\n\nCommuter benefits (parking & transit)\n\nCell phone stipend\n\n401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary\n\nVolunteer time off\n\nGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistance\n\nDaily meals allowance\n\nAdditional perks & programs specific to location\n\nCompensation\n\nCompensation will be paid in the range of $140,000 - $170,000.
