backend solutions with Python or C#.\nExperience processing JSON or other semi-structured data formats.\nExperience with Java or another object-oriented programming language.\nExperience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.\nExperience working in manufacturing, document composition, financial services, or another production-oriented environment.\nExperience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance to project teams.\nCandidates with strong SQL experience in another enterprise database platform, such as Oracle, are encouraged to apply if they can progress, and technical decisions clearly.\nBalance immediate delivery needs with long-term system quality and supportability.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nPerform all work with honesty and integrity.\nTake personal responsibility for the quality, productivity, and timeliness of assigned work.\nListen attentively and communicate professionally and promptly.\nUse creativity, analysis, and sound judgment to improve existing practices and develop practical solutions.\nCollaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.\nSupport the organization’s values, departmental objectives, and customer commitments.\nWorking Conditions\nWork is performed primarily in an office or home-office environment under the company’s hybrid work arrangement.
