While working at one of our quiet posts and as a guard, you will also assist us develop a time and attendance and scheduling software solution that will have a special HR - messages tool, ensuring there are no problems in the workplace such as:\n*all previous pay was complete and accurate\n*meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law\n*no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury\nOur guard company already has an Excel-based time and attendance, scheduling, messaging and invoicing system. Instead of relying on our employees to clock-in, we use our scheduler to create and send employee time sheets. The HR message accompanies the timesheet and employees verify everything is correct. Our Excel-based HR messaging system is so effective we hired a software developer to create an improved online version to be written in .NET, C Sharp with Node and React. It's worth emphasizing that we prefer someone willing to also learn our core security guard business as well, taking on some simple security-related tasks. This is NOT a remote position.
