We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.\nPurpose\nThe Processing Analytics Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team for the Processing Department across multiple facilities located in CO, MI, and MD (Analytics Region 1, PharmaCann). This position will sit in one of the identified processing facilities. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and processing information from the seed to sale system (METRC), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and/or inventory tracking via RCS Counterpoint, and our other internal systems for all identified locations in Region 1. In addition, the Data Specialist is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data used to compile reports. This data is entered into NAV/Counterpoint/Metrc as well as our other internal tracking systems by the Data Technicians in each state and the Data Specialist will be responsible for auditing such data. The Data Specialist maintains functionality of the Google Sheets used for Production tracking. The Data Specialist will be assigned various reporting duties as needed. The Data Specialist assists with Domo card generation which provides visualizations of our data and key performance indicators. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of seed to sales systems, Dynamics NAV, Google Sheets, and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Compliance/QA, and Processing management as well as team members within those departments. The Data Specialist is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. This position is an office position. The Data Specialist is expected to resolve Analytics tier 1 tickets.
