In this role, you’ll be essential to producing high-quality prints that meet our exacting standards, operating specialized equipment with precision and care. Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM\n\nIn This Role\n\nOperate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care\n\nManage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule\n\nRead, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production\n\nIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups\n\nHandle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing\n\nFocus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses\n\nMaintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands’ high expectations\n\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment\n\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\n\nUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team\n\nBe open and honest\n\nReach for excellence\n\nAct with responsibility\n\nValue the whole personEnjoy the journey\n\nThe Ideal Person\n\n2+ years of digital printing experience required\n\n1 year of experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to set and meet goals throughout the day as well as adjust priorities based on unforeseen changes\n\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\n\nComfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environmentWilling and able to work overtime as needed\n\nAbout Four Hands\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
