(RCI) is currently seeking experienced Industrial Multi-Craft Helpers.\nPosition Summary\nAn Industrial Helper-Multicraft will assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties. Will work with other crafts at levels appropriate to employee's training and skills as requested by supervisor. Must have ability to take direction from higher skilled workers or foremen. Helpers will assist with various manual needs of the construction work being performed including but not limited to moving equipment or materials, digging, retrieving equipment or materials, and any other miscellaneous support work instructed by a supervisor or a journeyman craft.\nRCI has various levels of Helper positions based on experience and skills ranked as follows:\nHelper - Multi-Craft: Performs all duties listed above.\nHelper I: Same as \\\"Multi-Craft Helper\\\" but with 95% ability or greater.\nHelper II: Same as \\\"Multi-craft Helper\\\" but with 90% ability or greater.\nHelper III: Same as \\\"Multi-Craft Helper\\\" but with 85% ability or greater\nQualification Highlights:\nMust be able to meet all physical demands - see below\nMust have experience using industrial hand tools and power tools\nMust be able to regularly and reliably show up at the assigned job site\nMust meet all safety and security requirements at the job site\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPosition may perform a large range of manual activities including but not limited to moving equipment or materials, digging, retrieving equipment or materials, etc.\nClimb onto structures or scaffolding as required in support of construction needs\nUses rigging and hosting devices such as chokers, chain falls, and come-alongs to move equipment/materials into place\nConducts preventive maintenance such as lubrication and fixing or repairing worn parts\nFollows directions from supervisor\nRequired Qualifications:\nBasic knowledge of hand tools and power tools\nGood problem-solving abilities\nGood aptitude and manual dexterity\nGood reading comprehension\nAbility to work with others - Team player\nGood communication skills with co-workers and supervisors\nCommitment to Richard values, safety rules, and regulations\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRichard Construction Inc.
