Essentially, the client is modernizing their payroll platform to simplify the third-party payroll systems by customizing Workday to allow third-party payroll to function more smoothly.Job Duties:Developing Workday integration by utilizing Cloud Connectors, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time TrackingAssociating with worldwide HR teams to ensure successful design of system and provide documentation for each phase of the development life cycleDesign, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday StudioCreating global reports on weekly, quarterly, annually and on an ad-hoc basis to include turnover, terminations, active employees, cost center reportsMigrating the data from legacy systems into Workday and Data conversions from PeopleSoft to WorkdayDeveloping Integrations for Third party vendor system or client- owned system for initial implementation or upgrade projectsPerform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders, vendors through impact analysis, HCM enhancements, change request, and product upgradesSkills: Workday Payroll Integration FunctionalResponsibilities: Third Party Payroll Integration DeveloperResponsible for the design and development of payroll integrations using either Workday Studio or GPC connectors.Must have experience delivering Third Party Payroll Integrations.Must-Haves:Workday Connectors configured experience is requiredUsing PECI, experience with PECI is requiredWorkday Studio development experience is requiredAPIs and Webservices may be needed, nice to haveUnited Kingdom payroll experience is highly preferred (Nice to have)EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
