Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.\n\nThe Role: Bartender - Circulo\nUnion Representation: This position is represented by Unite Here and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.\nResponsibilities:\nTakes orders, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.\nRequests identification from all patrons\nIdentifies when guests need to be cut off and does not over serve guests.\nResponsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and Food Servers in a friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.\nCollects money for drinks served and processes payment according to established procedures.
