B2B Marketing Manager

About the RoleThis role is responsible for driving referral growth by supporting and scaling business development efforts across multiple markets. The focus is on building and executing targeted outreach campaigns that generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing ones.This position also serves as the central liaison between marketing and business development, ensuring that outreach, materials, and field efforts are aligned, organized, and effective.This is not a traditional marketing role. Success in this position is measured by the ability to create real conversations and opportunities through strategic email, LinkedIn, and campaign-driven outreach.What You’ll Do1. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting referral sources (therapists, hospitals, case managers, etc.)Build coordinated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and print materialsSupport key initiatives such as new program launches, location growth, and specialty services2. Email & Outreach MarketingCreate and manage segmented email campaigns based on audience and geographyWrite and optimize outreach messaging designed to generate replies and conversationsContinuously test and improve campaign performance3. LinkedIn & Digital OutreachSupport business development representatives with LinkedIn outreach strategiesBuild connection and messaging sequences that drive engagement with referral partnersCollaborate on content that positions the organization as a trusted clinical resource4. Business Development Enablement & LiaisonServe as the primary marketing point of contact for business development teamsPartner closely with BD reps to align outreach efforts with field activityTranslate BD needs into structured, scalable marketing initiatives (not one-off requests)Ensure consistency in messaging and materials across all markets5. BD Store & Marketing Operations ManagementOversee BD store and inventory of marketing materials and promotional itemsCoordinate sourcing and production of print materials with internal graphic designersEnsure BD teams have timely access to high-quality, campaign-aligned materialsStreamline processes to reduce ad hoc requests and improve efficiency6. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance across email, LinkedIn, and BD-supported effortsMonitor key metrics including reply rates, engagement, and referral activityTrack BD-related marketing impact, including how campaigns influence rep activity and outcomesProvide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadershipWhat Success Looks LikeIncreased number of new referral conversations generated through campaignsHigher engagement and response rates across email and LinkedIn outreachImproved alignment and effectiveness of business development effortsOrganized, efficient systems for BD materials and marketing supportClear visibility into which campaigns and tactics are driving referral growthQualificationsRequired:1–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generationExperience building and executing outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or similar channels)Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion and engagementExperience working closely with sales or business development teamsAbility to track, analyze, and report on campaign performancePreferred:Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or referral-based industriesFamiliarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience supporting multi-location or regional growth strategiesKey TraitsResults-driven and accountable for outcomes—not just executionComfortable balancing strategy with hands-on executionStrong communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritiesProactive and solution-orientedWhy This Role MattersThis role transforms marketing from a reactive support function into a growth engine that directly impacts referral volume and business development success.
